Meet the Founder
Jose Mosquito Jr. is a U.S. Army veteran who spent 20+ years building and running safety systems in the hardest environments on earth. He commanded multinational operations in Middle East high-risk zones, led logistics for U.S. government defense contracts in Afghanistan and Kuwait, and directed safety for multinational workforces where a single failure meant catastrophic loss.
Most safety consultants teach theory from a classroom. Jose lived operational risk — across 8+ international jurisdictions, multimillion-dollar defense programs, and combat-zone logistics where discipline wasn't a buzzword, it was survival.
Today, Jose brings that operational discipline to Florida organizations through L6I Quality Solutions. He is the author of four books, including “Strategic Safety Leadership: A Playbook for Human-Centered Risk Management” — the foundation of the L6I Framework.
